CNA Program
Enrollment in the Nurse Aide Program (CNA) requires an enrollment agreement and the following:
- Evidence of Education: Minimum 8th grade and above
- Government Approved photo ID
- Copy of social security card
- $280 registration fee.
Certified Medication Aide (CMA) Requirements
Enrollment in the Nurse Aide Program (CNA) requires an enrollment agreement and the following:
- Enrollment agreement
- Government Approved photo ID
- Social security card
- $225 registration fee.
- CNA certification.
